Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding techniques, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to produce high-quality work. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, or other required processes

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts and structures

• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely

• Maintain and clean equipment and work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with other fabrication or shop duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

• Knowledge of welding safety practices

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship

• Reliable transportation and good attendance

• Must be able to pass a background check
