Salary: $25+ (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Site Superintendent to oversee daily operations on active construction sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects

• Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors

• Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance

• Coordinate scheduling, inspections, and material deliveries

• Monitor project progress and resolve field issues quickly

• Ensure quality control standards are met

• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and inspectors

• Maintain accurate site documentation and reports

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial and/or residential construction

• Previous experience as a Superintendent or Foreman preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus

• Valid driver’s license
