About the Opportunity
This position is offered through Express Employment Professionals in the St. Louis / St. Charles County area. You will be employed through Express while working at one of our respected local client companies. We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Operator who can pick orders, load trailers, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly. This is a temp‑to‑hire role for someone looking for long‑term stability.

What You’ll Do
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently
• Wrap pallets and stage loads
• Load and unload trailers and containers
• Inspect product for damage and accuracy
• Operate stand‑up deep‑reach trucks and cherry pickers (about 25% of the shift)
• Assist with routine warehouse cleaning tasks
• Work in high‑heat environments, especially when unloading containers

What You’ll Bring
• Cherry picker and forklift experience required
• Must be comfortable operating a stand‑up deep‑reach truck
• Experience must be listed clearly on the resume
• Ability to work in very hot warehouse conditions during summer months
• Strong attention to detail, safety‑minded, and reliable
• Must be seeking stable, full‑time temp‑to‑perm employment
