Position: Sales / Estimator – Asphalt Paving

Location: Kalispell, MT
Schedule: Full‑Time, In‑Person
Pay: $65,000 – $85,000 per year (plus commission structure)
Status: Full‑Time

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with residential, commercial, and public‑sector clients
  • Conduct site visits, take measurements, and review project scope
  • Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals
  • Manage and follow up on sales leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure project expectations are met
  • Support successful project execution from initial contact through completion

What You Bring

  • Experience in sales, estimating, or the construction industry preferred
  • Asphalt paving or civil construction experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills
