Job Duties:

Use provided technology and software tools (training included)
Complete website conversions from one platform to another following established processes
Ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process
Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
Follow detailed instructions and standardized workflows
Track and report progress toward daily and weekly goals
Communicate issues or questions promptly to ensure smooth project completion

Requirements:

Must be somewhat tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
Able to sit and work on multiple computer screens for long periods of time
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stay focused and work independently
Dependable, self-motivated, and responsible
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working toward deadlines and productivity goals
Would like someone who has an interest in digital marketing, websites, or technology
Prior experience with content management systems (CMS) or website tools preferred
Experience with data entry, QA, or process-driven work

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday

This project is projected to last about 6 months or longer but for the right person, this position can become full time with the company
