Separator Machine Operator – Manufacturing
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Openings
We are seeking dependable, technically minded candidates to join a growing manufacturing operation as Separator Machine Operators. This position is responsible for operating and adjusting production equipment, maintaining consistent product quality, and supporting continuous workflow in a clean, safety-focused environment.
Position Summary
The Separator Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating machinery used in the processing and separation of filtration or similar materials. This role includes monitoring equipment performance, performing routine maintenance, verifying product specifications, and documenting production activity. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting team production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust separator machinery to maintain consistent output and meet required specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Inspect materials and finished parts to ensure they meet quality and engineering requirements
- Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines to maintain an efficient work environment
- Accurately record production data and communicate issues to leadership as needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
- Ability to read basic technical instructions, drawings, or specifications
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
- Previous machine operation experience preferred but not required for candidates with strong mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Willingness to work assigned shift on a consistent schedule
Compensation
- 1st Shift: $18–$20 per hour
- 2nd Shift: $18–$20 per hour + $1.00 shift differential
- 3rd Shift: $18–$20 per hour + $2.00 shift differential
Work Environment
