Salary: $14.78

Custodian 

The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness on a daily basis.

• Monday-Friday 3:30am – 11:30am or 4:00am – Noon
• $14.78/hour

Duties include:

• Cleaning building floors by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, & vacuuming
• Cleaning/polishing office tables, chairs, desks, & all other furniture used in the office or entire building
• Dusting mechanical devices like monitors, desktops, & printers
• Cleaning windows, doors, glasses & mirrors
• Emptying waste & recyclable bins
• Maintaining supply of equipment needed for cleaning duties & communicating when additional items/supply is needed
• Restocking restrooms & making sure toilet areas are in good condition
• Complete routine heavy cleaning such as floor stripping or waxing
• Documenting inspections & other light maintenance activities 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to frequently lift 50lbs
• The ability to manage your time efficiently and without direct supervision.
