Responsibilities:

• Powder Coating: Apply powder coating to metal surfaces using various techniques, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate pre-treatment processes.
• Equipment Operation: Operate powder coating equipment, ensuring proper settings and adjustments for optimal results.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments to meet standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: While experience in powder coating is a plus, we are willing to train the right person who is dedicated and eager to learn.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills and a positive attitude towards learning and development and helping customers.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate production schedules.
