Fork Lift Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a safety-conscious and reliable Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in the Grove/Vinita area. You will be responsible for operating industrial trucks to load and unload materials and move them to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks to ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Movement: Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.

• Loading/Unloading: Efficiently unload incoming shipments and load outgoing trailers, ensuring all loads are secure and balanced.

• Inventory Support: Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and assist with cycle counts or stock organization as needed.

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections (checking fluids, tires, and controls) and report any mechanical issues immediately.

• Warehouse Duties: Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse cleanup to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production environment.

• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

• Reliability: Strong attention to detail and a track record of excellent attendance.
