B-Shift Production Associate (2nd Shift)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a B-Shift Production Associate for a manufacturing client located on the west side of Rochester, NY. This role works under the direction of the Production Supervisor and supports manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and meet established production and quality standards
• Read, understand, and follow work orders, routings, and verbal instructions
• Accurately complete and maintain required paperwork, including quality records and machine activity logs
• Perform final packaging and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment throughout the shift
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands
