Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring skilled Building Maintenance professionals in the Rochester area!

This role requires a strong understanding of various maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance. The Building Maintenance professional will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate leadership skills while working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Conduct residential painting and repairs as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Operate and maintain logic controllers for automated systems within the facility.
• Address maintenance requests from tenants or staff promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete larger projects efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform various repair tasks independently.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with team members and customers.
