As our Front Office Coordinator, you’ll ensure every guest, client, and Realtor receives friendly, efficient service while keeping the front desk running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet visitors and manage all front desk activity with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and route calls using proper phone etiquette
  • Support transaction administration and assist office staff across locations
  • Maintain a tidy, well-stocked front desk and common areas
  • Handle customer requests, resolve minor issues, and escalate when needed
  • Monitor office and paper supplies for reordering
  • Manage mail distribution and basic office tasks
  • Provide reliable, accurate customer service at all times

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or front office experience
  • Dependable, Punctual, Efficient, and Friendly
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • A positive, service-first attitude and ability to work with all personality types
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and standard office equipment
  • Comfort with multi-line phone systems and basic office procedures
  • Computer savvy and eager to learn; Canva experience a PLUS!
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • High school diploma required; real estate or property management experience is a plus
