Shift Details & Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
• 3rd Shift: $22.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
• Work with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow work instructions and production schedules

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of machine operating experience
• Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
