Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. Candidates must have prior industrial maintenance experience.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
Install, modify, and upgrade equipment as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety standards
Respond quickly to minimize downtime during production
Requirements:
Proven industrial maintenance experience required
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, pumps, and industrial systems preferred
Ability to work independently on overnight shift
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
