We are seeking hard-working and dependable Lawn Care Specialists for both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities in the Grove and Vinita areas. Whether you are looking for consistent seasonal work or a long-term career in landscaping, we have a place for you. You will be responsible for the professional upkeep of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality curb appeal for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance: Perform weekly mowing, edging, and string trimming (weed eating) for a variety of property types.

• Landscape Upkeep: Weed and mulch landscape beds, trim hedges and small trees, and remove yard debris or leaves.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate commercial-grade mowers, blowers, and trimmers. Perform basic daily maintenance checks on equipment.

• Chemical Application: Assist with the application of fertilizers and weed control treatments as directed (training provided).

• Client Interaction: Provide professional and polite service to homeowners and business owners on-site.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in professional lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required—we will train the right attitude!

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, humidity, etc.) and stand/walk for 8–10 hour shifts. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are highly preferred for traveling between job sites.

• Availability: Must be reliable and punctual. Saturday availability may be required during peak "growth" weeks in the spring and summer.
