Inside Sales Assistant

Salary: $17.50 / Hour

Job Description: 

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sales Assistant with a  Rubber Gasket Manufacturer. This position will pay between $17.50 per hour based on experience, and the hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Check and confirm sales orders
• Convert purchase orders from customers to sales orders in-house
• Maintain/update order schedules from Excel reports, customer emails and phone calls
• Gather and relay information to and from Sales Dept. to other Office departments
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Possess basic computer skills (General Keyboarding, Microsoft Office programs/Outlook)
• Pays attention to details
