We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Grove/Vinita area. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Problem Resolution: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction; troubleshoot and resolve complaints with empathy and patience.
Order Processing: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Billing, Logistics) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or office settings).
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software (training provided).
Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
