Laborer / Helper
Position Overview:We are seeking dependable Laborers/Helpers to support technicians and skilled trades on job sites. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist technicians with installations, repairs, and general labor tasks
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
Mechanically inclined with basic tool knowledge
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Strong work ethic and reliability
Clean background
Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team
