Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide product information, pricing, and order updates to customers

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Utilize Sage software for order entry and account management

• Use Microsoft Excel for tracking orders, inventory, and reporting

• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment

• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service experience required (distribution or warehouse environment preferred)

• Strong data entry and typing skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience using Sage software required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
