Company Overview:A growing tile distribution company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting customers and internal teams.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide product information, pricing, and order updates to customers
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Utilize Sage software for order entry and account management
Use Microsoft Excel for tracking orders, inventory, and reporting
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Provide general administrative support as needed
Previous Customer Service experience required (distribution or warehouse environment preferred)
Strong data entry and typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience using Sage software required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
