Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Scheduler for a local construction company located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour. This is a full‑time, permanent, day‑shift position working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
The Scheduler plays a crucial role in keeping installation projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable coordinating communication between field technicians, project managers, and customers.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, updates, scope, and expectations.
- Serve as the liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients.
- Update scheduling software and maintain accurate job records.
- Prioritize and assign work orders based on urgency, staffing, and job requirements.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and last‑minute schedule adjustments.
- Troubleshoot conflicts and ensure efficient routing and time management.
- Perform administrative tasks including documentation and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Previous scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination experience preferred.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
