Travel: Approximately 50% Travel | Remaining Time Remote

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Representative to expand territory growth in the Midland area. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional with oil field experience, specifically focused on gas processing and selected upstream operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close new business (cold & warm leads)
• Grow distribution channels and MSA/AML accounts
• Re-engage lost clients and expand existing relationships
• Sell high-margin technical services, chemical product lines, and process equipment
• Manage the full sales cycle: pricing, proposals, follow-ups, and CRM (Salesforce) documentation
• Conduct plant visits, site meetings, and routine territory travel

Qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales experience
• Oil field experience required (gas processing preferred)
• Strong closer with disciplined follow-up
• Organized, high-energy, and self-motivated
• Clean MVR & valid Driver’s License
