Position Details

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Pay Rate: $24.00-$25.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire with evaluation period
  • Location: Washougal, WA (indoor warehouse and outdoor areas)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with general labor tasks in fabrication warehouse environment
  • Perform light maintenance on fabrication machines and equipment daily
  • Move product and materials throughout warehouse and outdoor areas
  • Read tape measures accurately to 1/16th inch for measurements
  • Operate hand and power tools for fabrication equipment tasks
  • Support production team with material handling and product preparation
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Read tape measure to 1/16th inch (tested onsite during interview)
  • Mechanically inclined with hands-on problem-solving abilities
  • Lift 50 pounds regularly throughout workday
  • Strong attention to detail for precision fabrication work
  • Excellent attendance record and dependable work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Experience with hand and power tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience
  • General labor background in industrial settings
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling
  • Basic understanding of fabrication processes
