About the Opportunity
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail‑oriented Pharmaceutical Call Center Representative for a client in the Chesterfield area. This role supports a busy prescription call center by handling inbound and outbound calls, completing data entry for prescription refills, and assisting patients with accurate and timely information. After approximately one month of successful in‑office training, this position will transition to work‑from‑home. All equipment is provided once WFH is approved.

 

What You’ll Do
• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls (approximately 155 per shift)
• Enter prescription refill information accurately and efficiently
• Follow structured call scripts and answer questions from a queued call system
• Complete administrative tasks within required timeframes
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism in a fast‑paced cubicle‑based training environment
• Transition to remote work after training, based on performance and reliability

• Earn up to $17.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Chesterfield, MO
