Accounts Receivable Manager
Full Time | Opelousas, LA

 Pay | $60-70,000 Annually

 

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee full-cycle AR operations in a high-volume or multi-location environment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations
• Oversee daily cash application (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards)
• Own AR aging, collections coordination, and credit management
• Resolve unapplied cash, credit balances, and customer account issues
• Review and approve customer refunds and adjustments
• Prepare manual invoices and credit memos as needed
• Supervise and support AR staff
• Maintain accurate records, controls, and audit-ready documentation

 

Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

 

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday

 

Pay:
•60-70,000 DOE
