Position: Production Operator (Manufacturing / Assembly / Order Fulfillment)

This is a hands-on manufacturing production role in a structured factory environment.

You will support:

• Rail, panel, and kit assembly

• Cutting, folding, and stapling boxes

• Order fulfillment and packaging

• Boxing and shipping

• Work cell organization and cleanliness

• Maintaining tools and equipment

• Moving carts and pallet jacks

• Following standard operating procedures

This role combines:

• Manufacturing production

• Assembly production

• Machine support

• Warehouse support

• Order fulfillment

• General labor

Experience in production, warehouse, machine operator, assembly production, shipping, packaging, fabrication, or light manufacturing is highly transferable.

Pay and Schedule

• $19.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience

• Monday through Friday

• 7:00am – 3:30pm

• 1st Shift only

• Direct Hire opportunity

• Stable, long-term position

Day shift manufacturing roles in the Shell Lake area are limited. This position offers consistency and growth.

• Rivet guns

• Presses

• Sanders

• Clamps and fixtures

• Pallet jacks and carts

Ability to read a tape measure is required.
