Customer Service Representative

Pay: $22/hr

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8AM - 4:30PM

 

Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local Minneapolis industrial supplies company with filling a Customer Service Representative position.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting outside sales staff and sales support
• Answering phones and messages
• Helping customers with questions, addressing product availability, etc.
• Entering orders and tracking fulfillment
• Working with warehouse staff to ensure orders are being processed
• General administrative duties

 

Requirements:

• Previous office/administrative experience 
• Prior experience with industrial supplies a plus
• Experienced with the Microsoft suite and CRMs
