Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $21.00/HR
Duties:
Measure, cut, and assemble conveyor belts according to work orders and specifications
Assist with belt splicing, vulcanizing, and fabrication processes
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely and effectively
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse or shop
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor roles preferred
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use basic hand and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed written or verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required for the job
Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
