Angola Area Candidates! In this position toll tenders will assist commuters choosing to pay in cash or card transactions. The toll tenders are responsible for great customer service, regular cash and card handling and troubleshooting issues with the EZ pass transponder. Will need to learn various classifications on the wheel/axle combinations and how they effect toll prices, will use a touch screen ipad for various transactions and 'bank out' at the end of the shift. Will receive cash and need to be able to give exact change quickly and efficiently. Will learn situations when it is appropriate to escalate customer service issues to the call center reps.
MUST BE OPEN TO Weekends both Saturday and Sunday 3/4 weekends a month.

2 Positions for 3p-11p
2 Positions for 11p-7a
