We partner with multiple local manufacturing and production companies across the Eau Claire area and are hiring Manufacturing Production Machine Operators for long-term, full-time opportunities.

Position: Manufacturing Production Machine Operator

This is a hands-on manufacturing production role inside a fast-paced factory environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing production machines
• Load and unload parts on production equipment
• Remove molded or fabricated parts from machines
• Inspect products for quality defects and consistency
• Perform light assembly, trimming, packaging, and general production work
• Support warehouse and production flow as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe factory and manufacturing work area

You may also assist with:
• General labor tasks
• Assembly production
• Machine setup support
• Forklift operator assistance (if certified)
• Basic welding or fabrication support (if experienced)

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $17.00+ per hour (based on experience)
• 1st Shift available
• 2nd Shift opportunities may also be available
• Full-Time manufacturing production position
• Overtime available based on production demand

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing, production, factory, or warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, move, and work on the production floor
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

 

Helpful (but not required):
• Prior machine operator experience
• Manufacturing production experience
• Factory or assembly experience
• Warehouse worker or forklift operator experience
• General labor background
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Experience in plastics, food production, metal manufacturing, or packaging
