Showroom Receptionist

Santa Rosa Beach, FL (30A area)
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist / Showroom Customer Service Associate for a well-established showroom and distribution business located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

This position is ideal for someone who lives near Santa Rosa Beach / 30A, enjoys working directly with customers, and is confident using computers in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greet customers in a professional showroom setting
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
Take customer orders and enter them accurately into the system
Process payments and issue invoices
Assist with order status, product questions, and customer follow-ups
Work closely with sales and warehouse teams
Maintain an organized front desk and customer area
Multitask throughout the day while keeping accuracy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Strong computer skills (data entry, invoicing, order processing, email)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Administrative office work experience is a MUST
Ability to multitask in a busy showroom environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Experience in reception, customer service, showroom, retail, office admin, construction supply, tile, flooring, or distribution is a plus
Must be reliable and able to work on-site in Santa Rosa Beach, FL

Pay & Schedule

$20–$25/hour BOE
Full-time, steady hours
Monday–Friday schedule

This role is best suited for candidates who live in or near Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Grayton Beach, Point Washington, Freeport, or surrounding 30A areas
