About the Opportunity
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Liquid Packaging Associate for a well‑established facility in Bridgeton, MO. In this temp‑to‑hire role, you’ll support the safe, accurate packaging of liquid finished products while learning multiple processes and equipment. This is hands‑on production work with real advancement potential.
What You’ll Do
- Package wet finished liquid products accurately and efficiently
- Move raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods throughout the facility
- Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and sanitation guidelines
- Support equipment operation, lockout/tagout steps, cleaning, and product changeovers
- Perform basic sampling, testing, and documentation
- Learn multiple stations and cross‑training opportunities
- Complete a written forklift test during orientation (no forklift operation on day one)
What You’ll Bring
- 0–3 years of manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand, move, lift, and work in a production environment
- A team‑first attitude and reliability
