Full or Part-Time Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

Independent Retail Pharmacy
No prior PIC experience required
Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) in compliance with Mississippi Board of Pharmacy regulations
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, policies, and regulatory compliance
Verify prescriptions and provide patient counseling
Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage workflow efficiency
Ensure safe medication practices and quality patient care
Maintain operational standards in a retail pharmacy environment
Active Mississippi Pharmacist License
Eligible to serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
No experience required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
