Assistant Warehouse Manager

Salary: $20/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Assistant Warehouse Manager position for a Greenville, TX company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Support daily warehouse operations while assisting with administrative and systems-related tasks
• Send and respond to emails professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Perform accurate data entry for orders, inventory updates, receipts, and adjustments
• Learn and maintain the company’s CRM system; log notes and update records accurately
• Support order picking, packing, staging, and shipping to meet accuracy and on-time targets
• Assist with receiving, put-away, cycle counts, and regular inventory audits
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and help resolve inventory variances
• Help investigate order inaccuracies, damages, or shipping issues and recommend corrective actions
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance with company policies and OSHA guidelines

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required
• Experience in a lead, coordinator, or supervisor support role preferred
• Proficiency with computers including email, spreadsheets, and data entry
• Ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to bend, reach, and move product safely; ability to operate warehouse equipment if certified
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to jump in wherever needed
