Industrial Painter/Sandblaster

Located in Winnsboro, TX

Salary: $20/hr-$24/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Industrial Painter/Sandblaster position for a local Winnsboro, TX company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Sandblast old paint from handrails, stairs, and other metal surfaces
• Apply new paint using spray guns
• Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning and masking
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
• Work in a fast-paced environment under varying weather conditions

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial painting and sandblasting experience
• Experience operating spray guns and sandblasting equipment
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Hard-working, team-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to reach, bend, stretch, and stoop frequently
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
