Pay: $15/hr + attendance bonus
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking Yard Worker to join our lumber operations team. This role requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks such as moving and handling trusses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, move, and organize trusses and lumber in the yard
• Perform general yard duties including stacking, sorting, and organizing materials
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.)
• Assist team members as needed to support yard operations
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Team player with a strong work ethic
