Accounts Receivable clerk (Whitsett, TX)

Located in Whitsett, TX

Salary: $19-$20 per hour

Full time contract position for experienced Accounts Receivable clerk.

We are seeking 2 + years of AR experience - this is NOT a collections position, it is working in the AR department processing invoices for payment.  Need strong attention to detail and organizational skills/experience.

 

Industry experience in Rental Equipment/Oil and Gas field highly desired

Knowledge of Oil field invoicing preferred

 

Mon - Fri 8-5p.m. work schedule

 

You will be part of a very busy accounting department handling Accounts Receivable duties, to include not limited to AR invoices, collections, speaking with customers on past due accounts, arranging payment plan if necessary.

Will be responsible for AR reports 

MS Office proficient - Excel - Intermediate skills

BASIS software program knowledge a big plus!

Ariba, OpenInvoice, Quickbooks and Excel areas of experience preferred
