We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in short-term rentals to oversee vacation properties in the Gulf Shores area. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing both guest relations and property owner relationships.


Job Summary

The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of short-term rental properties, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining property standards and maximizing occupancy and revenue. This role also requires direct communication and relationship management with property owners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing updates, reports, and addressing concerns
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with property owners
  • Coordinate bookings, guest communications, and check-in/check-out processes
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Schedule and oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure quality standards
  • Monitor occupancy rates and assist with pricing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing short-term or vacation rentals (Airbnb/VRBO experience preferred)
  • Experience working directly with property owners is required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and professionally
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the Gulf Shores rental market is a plus
