Job Title: Office Administrator / Production Support Clerk
Location: Loxley, AL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate production and inventory records while serving as a key communication link between operations and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify scale tickets related to inventory movement, ensuring codes, quantities, and in/out activity match internal records
  • Enter production data into customer platforms accurately and timely
  • Assist with reconciling production and inventory data between operations and accounting systems
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic records
  • Ensure required operational forms are available and properly completed
  • Serve as the primary office contact for the melt plant
  • Assist other office personnel as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Prepare recurring weekly and monthly reports
  • Communicate professionally with plant staff and office personnel

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Previous office, production, or inventory experience preferred
