Location: Orange Beach, AL

Pay: $17 an hour 

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service & Technical Support Representative to join our team in Orange Beach! This role requires excellent telephone skills and the ability to assist customers with television, internet, and phone service support.

Job Summary

In this position, you will provide over-the-phone technical assistance to customers experiencing service issues. You will troubleshoot television equipment, assist with internet connectivity concerns, and schedule service appointments when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls
• Provide telephone troubleshooting for TV, internet, and phone services
• Assist customers with:
• Remote control operation
• Selecting the correct TV input
• Basic set-top box setup and controls
• Internet setup and wireless access point connectivity
• Record detailed customer service ticket information
• Schedule service dispatch appointments as needed
