Overview

Innovated Skin Care is hiring multiple Production & Warehouse Associates to support operations in a GMP-regulated skincare manufacturing facility. Team members may be assigned to Pick/Pack, Kitting, or Filling based on daily production needs. This is a clean, fast-paced environment with strong focus on quality, consistency, and safety.

 

Key Responsibilities

Depending on department assignment, duties may include:

  • Picking and packing finished products for shipment
  • Assembling product kits according to specifications
  • Counting, sorting, and organizing components
  • Filling bottles, jars, and containers with skincare formulas
  • Labeling, inspecting, and preparing finished goods
  • Maintaining clean, organized workstations
  • Following all GMP, safety, and quality procedures
  • Supporting general warehouse or production tasks as needed

 

GMP Expectations

  • No jewelry, food, or drinks in production areas
  • Hairnets, beard nets, gloves, and PPE must be worn as required
  • Proper handwashing and sanitation before entering production areas
  • No loose clothing or accessories
  • Maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination at all times
  • Follow documented procedures and report any quality concerns immediately

 

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic reading, counting, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required
  • Comfortable working in a GMP-controlled environment
