Tech Operations Manager Job Summary

A Grand Rapids commercial cleaning company that was founded in 2004 and provides unparalleled specialty cleaning services and Professional custodial options in Grand Rapids and beyond. This includes significant restoration, building disinfection, cleaning and housekeeping contracts in commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, schools and institutions. Tech Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, recruit and support cleaning technicians
• Job Scheduling
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Manage day-to-day ops including equipment allocation and supply inventory
• In-field support, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, equipment repairs, and inventory restocking
• Track job costs, time logs, and project completion reports
• Collaborate with sales team on service proposals, job walkthroughs, and client
  onboarding

Schedule & Pay

• 1st shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3am with weekends as needed
  • This is a 40 hour a week job-typically work 2-3 hours during daytime business hours and then in the field at night an additional 4-6 hours
• $55,000/ Year 

Tech Operations Manager Qualifications:

• Proactively communicate with sales to mitigate potential quality issues
• Conduct post-service follow-ups and implement improvements based on client
  feedback
• Maintain high service standards through regular training and performance
  evaluations
• Clean driving background
• Assist in developing operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Support budgeting and KPI tracking for productivity and profitability
• Typically work 2-3 hours during daytime business
  hours and then in the field at night an additional 4-6 ho
