Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer – Machine Operator Assistant to join our team in the laminate industry. This role supports the Machine Operator by ensuring products are correctly packed, inspected, and prepared for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Machine Operator in setting up and running laminate production machinery.
• Inspect finished laminate products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Stack, pack, and wrap products according to specifications.
• Label and document packaged materials for inventory and shipping purposes.
• Remove defective or excess materials and report issues to the Machine Operator.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, packing, or warehouse role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting and take direction.
