🏢 Position Overview

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. In this role, you’ll manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment within a manufacturing facility.

📞 Front Desk & Communication Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet visitors, vendors, and applicants
  • Manage visitor log and check-in procedures
  • Distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing shipments
  • Provide general information to callers and guests

🗂 Office & Administrative Support

  • Copy, scan, and assist with document preparation
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Support HR and leadership with administrative tasks
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and room setup
  • Coordinate food orders and pick up supplies for company meetings and events
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown

☕ Café & Office Support

  • Stock and maintain office snack and café areas
  • Monitor inventory of beverages and breakroom supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front office and common areas

📦 Supply & Vendor Coordination

  • Order and track office supplies
  • Coordinate with approved vendors
  • Track office-related expenses as needed

✅ Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus
