Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks to ensure shipping and receiving activities meet defined standards.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain organized storage systems.
• Identify operational or quality gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Performance and Reporting
• Measure and report on operational performance metrics and workforce productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and utilize reporting tools to assess operational health.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Implement innovative solutions or refine existing procedures to improve efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics leadership.
