Are you a skilled Landscape Designer who’s ready to lead?We’re seeking a hands-on professional who can blend creative design, sales expertise, and operational leadership to drive projects from concept to completion.
This is more than a design role — this is a leadership opportunity with real impact.
Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess sites
Develop creative, functional landscape master plans
Prepare accurate cost estimates and professional proposals
Present designs and close projects
Oversee daily field operations and workforce management
Train and mentor crew members
Monitor productivity, timelines, and project budgets
Ensure projects are completed on time and within margin goals
Manage transition from design to installation
Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment scheduling
Conduct onsite quality control inspections
Proven track record in landscape design
3–5+ years in a management or supervisory role
Proficiency in design software (CAD, PRO Landscape, or similar)
Deep knowledge of Midwest plant palettes, hardscape materials, and drainage solutions
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, P&L oversight, margin management)
Ability to confidently lead both clients and crews
This is an active role. You must be able to:
Work in various outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust)
Navigate uneven terrain for measurements and inspections
Lift 50+ lbs and assist with hands-on tasks when needed
Dig and work alongside crews as required
