Springfield, IL | Full-Time | Multiple Companies Hiring

We are partnering with several established Springfield-area companies — including pool installation crews, landscaping teams, mowing professionals, and pest control services — and we’re looking for experienced outdoor workers ready to get to work.

If you’re comfortable working in the heat, know your way around tools and equipment, and take pride in hands-on work, we want to talk to you.

Pay:

$17–$23/hour
(Based on experience, skill level, and company placement)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Depending on placement, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with pool installation and maintenance

• Operating landscaping and mowing equipment

• Handling irrigation or drainage systems

• Supporting pest control technicians

• Using hand tools and power tools

• Loading/unloading materials and job site setup

• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior outdoor labor experience (landscaping, construction, pools, pest control, etc.)

• Comfortable working in heat and physically demanding conditions

• Mechanically inclined — able to troubleshoot and use tools confidently

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

This is NOT entry-level general labor. We are looking for individuals who already understand outdoor job sites and can contribute immediately.
