Sewing & Assembly Operator

Temp Opportunity 

Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Rate: $18/HR 

 

Location: Gardena, CA

 

 

What You'll Do

• Sew and attach patches, labels, and decorative elements to garments accurately and consistently
• Unstitch and remove existing decoration from garments as needed
• Sort, organize, and stage garments for production according to job specifications
• Inspect finished pieces for quality before they move to the next stage
• Pack completed orders neatly and accurately following job order requirements

 

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Previous sewing experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every day
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in apparel decorating, embroidery, or garment manufacturing
• Familiarity with heat transfer or patch application
• Experience sorting, packing, or fulfilling production orders
