About the Role:

We are hiring a dependable Construction Clean-Up / Demolition Laborer to support restoration and mitigation projects with SERVPRO. This hands-on role assists with cleanup, demolition, and site preparation following water, fire, mold, or storm damage. It’s a great opportunity for someone reliable, hardworking, and motivated to build skills in the restoration and construction industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
• Clean and prepare job sites for restoration and rebuilding work
• Remove debris and dispose of materials safely and properly
• Assist with water extraction, drying equipment setup, and basic mitigation tasks
• Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Support technicians and crew leads with general labor duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Motivated, “go-getter” attitude with willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in environments affected by fire, water, mold, or smoke damage
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials
• Construction, demolition, restoration, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures closely
