Flexible Schedule Options

Flexibility required to meet our global customer base needs

• Schedule 1: 5:00am - 1:30pm
• Schedule 2: 5:30am - 2:00pm
• Schedule 3: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Overtime opportunities available including evenings and weekends

 

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

• 1-3 years customer service experience (Non-negotiable excellence)
• 1+ years call center experience (You know how to handle volume)
• 1+ years live chat platform experience (Digital communication pro)

Technical Superpowers:

• Headset proficiency (Your audio lifeline)
• ERP/SAP familiarity (System navigation ninja)
• 60+ WPM typing speed (Speed meets accuracy)
• Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter expertise)
