Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Junior Machinist for a local industrial fabrication company located in Monroe, WA. Starting pay is $28 - $35 per hour. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position on day shift, working 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Support the fabrication of metal components while working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on production environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Operating basic machine shop equipment (mills, lathes, drill presses, saws, deburring tools)
• Assisting in bending, cutting, and forming industrial tubes
• Following engineering drawings and work instructions
• Staging and organizing metal components for assembly
• Performing simple fixture setups under senior machinist guidance
• Inspecting parts using calipers and micrometers
• Communicating defects or issues to leads/engineers
• Participating in shop improvements and efficiency initiatives
